Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of leadership and/or management experience
- Availability to work during busiest days including Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
- Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name as an authorized driver
- Must have a personal vehicle available for deliveries when Tiff's Treats vehicles are occupied
- Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws, keeping vehicles clean and organized
- Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, and reach items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in varying weather conditions
- Ability to take visual and audible cues and follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of leadership and/or management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record

- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Comfortable working in busy kitchen and fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers, leading the team and ensuring smooth operations
- Assign, oversee, train, and evaluate work of 3-6 employees during ODM shifts
- Manage preparation, sales, inventory, and service of our sweet products
- Complete opening/closing procedures, daily paperwork, and inventory checks
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to our recipes and standards
- Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Deliver warm, delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using a Tiff's Treats company vehicle or personal vehicle as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries
- Assist with other store duties, including packaging and cleaning, as needed
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude with the team and lead by example in all roles
