Job Requirements
- Ability to work a minimum of three days and at least 30 hours per week with flexibility for late nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to an automobile
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training and meetings including overnight stays
- Access to a telephone at residence
- Physical ability to lift heavy items, move quickly, and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to maintain composure under stress
- Mental ability to perform arithmetic and complete sales and tracking forms
- Ability to perform duties of hourly team members when necessary
- Effective communication with diverse groups of people
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience or prior Shift Manager/Leader experience with the company
- Ability to manage cash and banking procedures
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficiency in scheduling and labor management
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle customer service issues effectively
- Familiarity with inventory control and ordering systems
- Capability to perform administrative duties including reporting and documentation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Execute plans to achieve sales and profit growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and control cash deposits, banking transactions, and minimize cash variances
- Order, receive, and store inventory
- Oversee food preparation to meet quality and safety standards
- Manage labor costs and schedule team members efficiently
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Conduct team member training and performance evaluations
- Implement marketing programs and maintain point of purchase displays
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure facility safety
- Manage administrative tasks, paperwork, and reporting
- Foster positive team relations and enforce disciplinary actions
- Participate in recruiting and hiring processes
