Job Duties
- Balancing and assigning cash registers
- Daily inventory
- Providing great customer service
- Good communications skills
- Processing returns and refunds and resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring cashiers are upselling and providing great customer service
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
- Ensure all food is of the best quality
- Managing quote times
- Making sure all employees are doing their assigned task
- Make sure the store is up to Wingstop inspections standards
- Following all company policies
