Job Requirements
- 2+ years of transportation or warehouse experience
- forklift certification required
- high school diploma or GED required
- experience operating bobtail trucks
- valid CA driver’s license and required insurance
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts
- strong communication skills

- lead experience preferred
- forklift certification required
- high school diploma or GED required
- experience operating bobtail trucks
- knowledge of Class A operations helpful
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts
- valid CA driver’s license and required insurance
- bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Job Duties
- Provide daily direction to Class A and bobtail drivers to ensure route completion and safety compliance
- lead shift start-up meetings, communicate goals, and support route coordination
- assist with loading/unloading trailers and securing freight
- monitor workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety practices
- train drivers on safety, customer service, and operational standards
- operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- conduct safety inspections
- drive a bobtail truck when coverage is needed
- maintain accurate records and support documentation for deliveries and inspections
