Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of transportation or warehouse experience
  • forklift certification required
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • experience operating bobtail trucks
  • valid CA driver’s license and required insurance
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts
  • strong communication skills

  • lead experience preferred
  • forklift certification required
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • experience operating bobtail trucks
  • knowledge of Class A operations helpful
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts
  • valid CA driver’s license and required insurance
  • bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide daily direction to Class A and bobtail drivers to ensure route completion and safety compliance
  • lead shift start-up meetings, communicate goals, and support route coordination
  • assist with loading/unloading trailers and securing freight
  • monitor workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety practices
  • train drivers on safety, customer service, and operational standards
  • operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • conduct safety inspections
  • drive a bobtail truck when coverage is needed
  • maintain accurate records and support documentation for deliveries and inspections
