Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
- read and write handwritten notes
- lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- move about facility and stand for long periods
- walk or stand 100 percent of shift
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years of age
- restaurant and bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- ability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking
- ensure wait stations remain clean
- empty trash and perform spot sweeps as needed
- perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close
- ensure food is properly garnished before serving
- follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure proper food delivery
- bus and reset tables
- deliver food to tables and ensure guest satisfaction
- clear dishes and glassware and refill beverages
- assist in party setup
- maintain restroom cleanliness and restock supplies
- clean high chairs and booster chairs
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain friendliness and positive demeanor during shifts
