Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying
  • Ability to stand and be active for long periods
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
  • Age 18 or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong focus on player experience
  • Capability to remain calm in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet every player with a smile and friendly energy
  • Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently
  • Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain clean and stocked service areas
  • Bus bays and tables
  • Fold napkins to Topgolf standards
  • Support the team by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, and keeping common areas clean
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • Live and uphold Topgolf's core values of fun, one team, excellence, courage, and caring
