Job Duties
- Shuttle customers to and from home/work while their car is being repaired
- Assist with filling and other office duties
- Hand washing/vacuuming vehicles
- Run customer's cars through the car wash
- Assist with other guests during high traffic times in the service drive
- Pick up parts if needed
- Move vehicles for technicians
- Keep service aisle neat and orderly
- Answer phones in the service department
- Greet customers on the service drive
- Work as a cohesive member of the service team to direct customers, handle customer relations, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the advisors
- Filing repair orders
- Other miscellaneous duties as requested
