Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling, sanitation, and safety
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage shift operations and guest experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Preferably have 2 years of restaurant or bar management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to creating excellent guest experiences
Job Duties
- Oversee takeout operations and guest entry experience
- Assist in managing shift operations
- Coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively
- Ensure a high-quality guest experience that creates legendary moments
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Support responsible alcohol service
- Assist with safety and security systems and procedures
