Renowned for its exceptional oysters, martinis, lobster rolls, champagne, and signature dishes, Clark's Oyster Bar offers a refined yet welcoming dining experience that draws inspiration from classic East Coast oyster bars with a nostalgic nod to the 1950s. Job Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Proven service leadership and team management skills
- Operational excellence in daily service and staffing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Successful completion of background check
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum two years of progressive management experience in California restaurant industry
- Boutique or upscale dining experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team coaching abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- English proficiency required
- Spanish fluency preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house service operations
- Manage dining room environment and guest relations
- Lead, coach, and inspire service team
- Collaborate with General Manager and culinary leadership
- Ensure compliance with service standards and protocols
- Manage staffing and scheduling
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively
