Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in management or supervisory role in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of employment laws and safety regulations
- valid identification to manage liquor sales
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- ability to manage frontline staff and improve team performance
- skills in sales and guest service optimization
- training and coaching experience
- proficiency in scheduling and operational management
- understanding of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and guest safety
- providing and directing Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting in employee development through one-on-ones
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Front of House employees
- directing employee work schedules and assignments
- creating a fun and safe environment through core values, contests, and incentives
- managing and practicing safe food handling procedures
