Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Liquor license or ability to obtain if applicable
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety
- Provide or direct front of house training
- Manage performance of front of house employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- Enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assist with development of key employees by providing daily feedback
- Review applications, interview, and recommend hiring of front of house staff
- Direct work schedules and assign tasks before, during, and after operating hours
- Create a fun and safe environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
