Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Liquor license or ability to obtain if applicable
  • Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee cleanliness and safety
  • Provide or direct front of house training
  • Manage performance of front of house employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
  • Enforce applicable liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Assist with development of key employees by providing daily feedback
  • Review applications, interview, and recommend hiring of front of house staff
  • Direct work schedules and assign tasks before, during, and after operating hours
  • Create a fun and safe environment through contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
