Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in a supervisory role within food service
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • knowledge of employment policies and food safety standards
  • good physical stamina
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to lead a team effectively
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Front of House operations
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • ability to provide training and coaching
  • experience in hiring and developing staff
  • understanding of safe food handling practices
  • previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
  • providing or directing all Front of House training
  • managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
  • enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assisting with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees with performance feedback
  • reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending Front of House employees
  • directing employee work including setting hours, scheduling, and assigning tasks
  • creating a fun, safe environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives
  • understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
