Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in a supervisory role within food service
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- knowledge of employment policies and food safety standards
- good physical stamina
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- ability to lead a team effectively
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Experience in managing Front of House operations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- ability to provide training and coaching
- experience in hiring and developing staff
- understanding of safe food handling practices
- previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety
- providing or directing all Front of House training
- managing performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assisting with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees with performance feedback
- reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending Front of House employees
- directing employee work including setting hours, scheduling, and assigning tasks
- creating a fun, safe environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives
- understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
