Job Duties
- Participates in hiring, training, scheduling, time keeping, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions of service/FOH staff
- Under the direction of the Dining Services Director, supervises and coordinates all service activities within the operation
- Maintains an organized system of comprehensive record keeping
- Maintains established food presentation and service standards
- Participates with Food Committee meetings
- Plans for and implements corporate marketing initiatives, maintains complete records of special events and pace changers in the operation, providing marketing summaries to the CDS home office upon completion
- Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community
- achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction
