Job Requirements

  • 3 years management and leadership experience of a team of 20+ people
  • Must be able to use MS Word, Excel, Power Point
  • ServSafe certification
  • Open availability to work seven days a week including breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal periods

Job Duties

  • Participates in hiring, training, scheduling, time keeping, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions of service/FOH staff
  • Under the direction of the Dining Services Director, supervises and coordinates all service activities within the operation
  • Maintains an organized system of comprehensive record keeping
  • Maintains established food presentation and service standards
  • Participates with Food Committee meetings
  • Plans for and implements corporate marketing initiatives, maintains complete records of special events and pace changers in the operation, providing marketing summaries to the CDS home office upon completion
  • Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community
  • achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction
