Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
  • knowledge of employment policies and labor laws
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
  • capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • experience in managing front of house operations in a restaurant or similar setting
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • drive sales and steps of service to enhance guest satisfaction
  • enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • provide and direct all Front of House training
  • manage performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
  • enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • assist in developing key employees through daily performance feedback
  • review applications, conduct interviews, and recommend hiring of Front of House employees
  • set working hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks to employees
  • create a fun and safe work environment by following core values and organizing contests and incentives
  • ensure adherence to safe food handling procedures
