Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry
- knowledge of employment policies and labor laws
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting
- capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- experience in managing front of house operations in a restaurant or similar setting

Job Duties
- drive sales and steps of service to enhance guest satisfaction
- enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
- provide and direct all Front of House training
- manage performance of Front of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- assist in developing key employees through daily performance feedback
- review applications, conduct interviews, and recommend hiring of Front of House employees
- set working hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks to employees
- create a fun and safe work environment by following core values and organizing contests and incentives
- ensure adherence to safe food handling procedures
