- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide vehicle detailing services including washing, waxing, and interior cleaning
- Perform routine oil changes and lubrication services
- Assist with vehicle movement and parking to facilitate service workflow
- Communicate with customers to understand service needs and provide status updates
- Manage service department operations and staff performance
- Transport customers to and from the service center safely
- Complete vehicle repairs efficiently under a flat rate compensation system
- Apply window tint films to vehicle windows according to specifications
- Handle customer inquiries and schedule service appointments
