Job Duties
- Greet customers professionally and courteously in person and by phone
- Connect customers with appropriate dealership team members promptly
- Manage telephone switchboard and customer calls efficiently
- Enter accurate customer demographic information into the sales control system
- Support dealership sales and service teams during events and peak service hours
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers with clarity and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
