- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- ability to retain training regarding computer systems and cash drawers
- ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written

Job Duties
- Promptly greet and welcome all customers as they enter the service department or drive
- maintain the cleanliness and amenities of the customer service lounge
- maintain frequent contact with any service customer that is waiting in the building
- handle minor customer complaints or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
- answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously
- fully support the service team in delivering an excelling customer service experience
- verify the cash drawer at the end of every shift
