Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of delivery driving experience
  • Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents in the past year
  • Valid driver’s license appropriate for vehicle type
  • Ability to pass DOT certification and maintain compliance
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds repeatedly
  • Ability to follow federal, state, and local transportation laws
  • Willingness to work full-time and adhere to company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Safety first mentality
  • One or more years of box truck or delivery experience preferred
  • At least one year of no at-fault accidents
  • Clean motor vehicle record
  • Valid driver’s license relevant to vehicle class
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Department of Transportation certification
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and occasionally more
  • Capable of completing driver vehicle inspection reports
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
  • Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties

  • Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within company policies
  • Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested
  • Understand and adhere to Department of Transportation regulations including hours of service requirements
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
  • Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers
  • Securely handle cash on delivery transactions as required by company policy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area
  • Provide exceptional customer service based on company values
  • Wear clean and laundered uniform provided by the company
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
