Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driver's license
- Minimum 1 year of relevant delivery or box truck driving experience
- No recent at-fault accidents within the past year
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT certification
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and material handling equipment
- Adherence to all DOT regulations and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Safety first mentality
- At least 1 year of experience in box truck or delivery driving preferred
- Minimum 1 year of no at-fault accidents
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Valid driver's license relevant to vehicle classes driven
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT certificate while operating company vehicles
- Minimum age 21 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively with bending and twisting
- Ability to occasionally lift more than 50 pounds
- Ability to complete driver vehicle inspection reports as required
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies
- Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested
- Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures
- Adhere to pre-determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers
- Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable as required per company COD policy
- Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area
- Maintain exceptional customer service based on company values
- Come to work in a clean and laundered uniform provided by NTW
- Operate various material handling equipment safely and efficiently as needed
- Perform other duties as requested or needed
