Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • basic knowledge of automotive services preferred
  • valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • availability to work at least five days per week including Saturdays
  • ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • commitment to follow company procedures and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a service advisor is helpful but not required
  • professional appearance
  • proven ability to work in a process-driven environment
  • valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • ability to work a minimum of five days including Saturdays

Job Duties

  • Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • listen to and document customer concerns
  • inspect vehicles and review service history
  • recommend appropriate services
  • clearly communicate technician recommendations
  • promote sales of services, parts, and accessories
  • provide accurate quotes including costs and completion times
  • update customers on service status
  • follow proper procedures when cashing out customer tickets
  • explain warranties and completed inspections
  • conduct post-repair and declined service follow-ups
  • track new returns, core returns, and warranty parts
  • perform other assigned duties
