Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with other employees
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and noisy environments
- Compliance with drug, alcohol, and smoking policies

Job Duties
- Serve all guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail according to our service standards
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders quickly and courteously to guest
- Be prepared to supply guests with information about your restaurant and the company
- Perform opening, running, shift change and closing duties as assigned
- Read and complete side work posted by management
- Ensure all side work is checked by a manager or shift leader
- Maintain professionalism and avoid complaints about guests or discussing tips
