Zea Rotisserie & Bar, established in 1997 by New Orleans chefs Gary Darling, Hans Limburg, and Greg Reggio—collectively known as "The Taste Buds"—offers a unique dining experience blending international flavors with American cuisine.

Inspired by the rotisserie cooking found in Provence, France, and their global travels, Zea has grown to include multiple locations across the Greater New Orleans Area, Lafayette, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Denham Springs, LA, and Ridgeland, MS.

Recent Renovations
