Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English language
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions
- Capability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste or smell
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in environments with loud noise and varying temperatures
- Willingness to follow all drug, alcohol, and smoking policies
- Consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Serve all guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail according to our service standards
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders quickly and courteously to guest
- Be prepared to supply guests with information about your restaurant and the company
- Complete opening, running, shift change and closing side work duties as assigned
- Follow management or shift leader instructions regarding duties and side work assignments
- Read and complete posted side work duties
- Have all side work checked by a manager or shift leader
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Refrain from complaining about guests
- Avoid discussing tips or tip share
