Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English language
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions
  • Capability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste or smell
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work in environments with loud noise and varying temperatures
  • Willingness to follow all drug, alcohol, and smoking policies
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Serve all guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail according to our service standards
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders quickly and courteously to guest
  • Be prepared to supply guests with information about your restaurant and the company
  • Complete opening, running, shift change and closing side work duties as assigned
  • Follow management or shift leader instructions regarding duties and side work assignments
  • Read and complete posted side work duties
  • Have all side work checked by a manager or shift leader
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Refrain from complaining about guests
  • Avoid discussing tips or tip share
