Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to apply common sense understanding
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds
- Observance of safety procedures
- Follow all restaurant policies including drug, alcohol, and smoking policies

Job Duties
- Serve all guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail according to service standards
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders quickly and courteously to guests
- Provide guests with information about the restaurant and company
- Complete opening, running, shift change, and closing side work as assigned by management or shift leaders
- Read and complete posted side work duties
- Have all side work checked by a manager or shift leader
- Maintain professionalism by never complaining about guests
- Avoid discussing tips or tip sharing
- Exhibit skill and understanding in all service interactions
