Job Duties
- Warmly welcome and professionally greet guests
- Efficiently seat and section guests according to arrival order and reservation status
- Present menus with detailed knowledge and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and food pairings
- Offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions
- Provide attentive and unobtrusive service throughout the dining experience, ensuring guests' needs are anticipated and met
- Deliver food and beverages with impeccable timing and presentation
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction
