Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing and walking for long periods
- willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- good physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous server experience preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- present menus and provide detailed information on menu items including daily specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring guests' preferences and dietary restrictions are noted
- deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service
- handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
- process guest payments accurately and efficiently
