Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
  • ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • available to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capable of standing and walking for long periods
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous server experience preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • present menus and provide detailed information on menu items including daily specials
  • take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring guests' preferences and dietary restrictions are noted
  • deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
  • process guest payments accurately and efficiently
