Job Requirements
- 1-3+ years customer service experience
- Valid local and/or state Food Handler certification or ability to obtain
- Valid California Responsible Beverage Service certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-3+ years customer service experience
- Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications
- Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, frequent bending, reaching, stretching, perform repetitive manual tasks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Assist guests with navigating menu options and recommending beverages and food items based on preferences and dietary needs
- Ensure timely and accurate input of orders in the point-of-sale system
- Monitor and assist with the delivery of guest beverage and food orders
- Prepare final guest checks in a timely manner and run payments safely and securely
- Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency, poise, and good judgment
- Reinforce guest identification requirements and age restrictions for alcohol sales in accordance with state law
- Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures
