Job Duties

  • Attend to guests before, during, and after their meals according to the service model
  • perform all opening, running, and closing side work
  • work as a respectful and dedicated team member in the team service model
  • ensure guests enjoy their stay completely and use problem-solving solutions with management to correct any mistakes
  • maintain service awareness to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on tables periodically
  • commit to developing food, beer, wine, and liquor knowledge via on-the-job training
  • demonstrate problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
