The name "Redgarden" pays homage to the iconic climbing wall in Eldorado Canyon, reflecting the owners' passion for the outdoors.

The brewery featured a variety of house-brewed beers including Work Is Done IPA, Mexican Lager, Ol’ Denty Pale Ale, Yellow Spur Pale Ale, D&D Pub Ale, 1700 Double IPA, Burnwater Brown, and Raim’s Stout. These offerings catered to a range of tastes from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts.

In addition to its beer selection, Redgarden emphasized a menu with locally sourced ingredients, offering dishes like green chili schnitzel, duck fat fries, and Korean pork curry with homemade kimchi. The restaurant's ambiance was enhanced by industrial finishes, reclaimed wood accents, and garage doors that seamlessly integrated indoor and outdoor seating, creating a welcoming environment for guests.

As of June 2023, Redgarden ceased its brewing operations to focus on creating an event space but continues to operate as a restaurant. It is open Monday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday from noon to 7:00 pm.
