Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work weekends and full-time shifts
Criminal background screening
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is a plus but not required
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Positive attitude especially during busy times
Patience and understanding with customer requests or concerns
Ability to notice when the dining area needs cleaning and maintain tidiness

Job Duties

Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents
Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they’re happy
Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe
Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly
After each meal, set up the dining room again and take pride in how it looks
