Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service or restaurant experience preferred
- valid California Food Handler certificate
- successful completion of background check
- pass drug test
- pass TB screening test
- pass health screening
Job Qualifications
- High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D. preferred
- previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred
- California Food Handler certification
- ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- good communication skills
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Set up the dining area before meal periods
- deliver meals to residents in a timely manner
- clean up dining areas after meals
- provide friendly and congenial service to residents
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory and stocking of supplies
- communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff
