  • TIPS certification
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • flexibility to perform dual roles as server and steward/support
  • good communication skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Assembling and disassembling breakfast buffet
  • ensuring buffet remains well-stocked
  • greeting customers and assigning seats
  • receiving and entering orders into the POS
  • taking payments
  • clearing cutlery and crockery from tables
  • sweeping and mopping floors after meal service
  • cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs
  • preparing and serving specialty beverages
  • assisting front and back of house with bussing, hosting, washing dishes, prep and cleaning
  • running food from kitchen to customers
  • alerting servers when tables need attention
  • greeting customers and answering questions
  • keeping prep area stocked with clean glassware, dinnerware, and flatware
  • maintaining sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping and sanitizing
  • receiving deliveries and stocking using FIFO method
  • completing tasks assigned by supervisor
