Job Duties
- Assembling and disassembling breakfast buffet
- ensuring buffet remains well-stocked
- greeting customers and assigning seats
- receiving and entering orders into the POS
- taking payments
- clearing cutlery and crockery from tables
- sweeping and mopping floors after meal service
- cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs
- preparing and serving specialty beverages
- assisting front and back of house with bussing, hosting, washing dishes, prep and cleaning
- running food from kitchen to customers
- alerting servers when tables need attention
- greeting customers and answering questions
- keeping prep area stocked with clean glassware, dinnerware, and flatware
- maintaining sanitary environment by sweeping, mopping and sanitizing
- receiving deliveries and stocking using FIFO method
- completing tasks assigned by supervisor
