PHM's growth strategy also includes strategic acquisitions. In March 2022, the company acquired seven premium-branded hotels for approximately $135 million, adding 829 rooms to its portfolio.

These properties, including Hilton and Marriott-branded hotels, were integrated into PHM's operations, further solidifying its presence in key markets.
