Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel
- must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time unless otherwise directed by your immediate manager
- must clock in or out for breaks at the designated time on your schedule
- must provide sufficient notice as directed by supervisor when calling out for a scheduled shift
- able to stand for sustained periods
- able to walk long distances or move from one work site to another
- able to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, or fingers
- able to lift and carry supplies
- able to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Greet guests and give a clear and correct description of food and beverage options
- deliver hot to order items from kitchen to tables
- input orders into computer and secure accurate payment
- prepare coffee as well as other specialized drinks
- clear, clean, and reset tables for dining as needed
- observe diners and respond to requests
- complete daily inventory prep sheet and other side work allowable by labor rules
- knowledge and familiarity of current food and beverage offerings
- escort guests to tables as needed
- ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures
- assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- demonstrate knowledge of hours and available amenities of the hotel
