Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve liquor in compliance with federal, state or local laws
ABC certification as required by state or local laws
food handlers certification as required by state or local laws
ability to stand and walk for entire shift
ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
ability to move quickly and carefully in dining and kitchen areas
ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

food handlers certification as required by state or local laws
successful completion of Razzoo’s training program
must be of legal age to serve liquor
experience in full service restaurant environment helpful but not required
integrity in cash and credit handling

Job Duties

Serve food and drinks including alcoholic beverages to guests in a friendly and timely manner
comply with cash and credit card handling policies
anticipate guests needs and follow Razzoo’s Steps of Service
listen actively and communicate effectively with guests and team members
adhere to company safety standards
complete Razzoo’s training program
report issues to Manager on Duty when necessary
