- basic math skills and ability to operate point-of-sale system

- able to safely lift and maneuver plates and supplies up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- inform guests of specials and feature items
- answer questions about food, beverages and restaurant services
- take food and beverage orders and enter into point-of-sale system
- deliver food and beverages promptly
- run food orders from the pick-up window regardless of server
- perform side work at start and end of shift
- maintain clean service areas
- monitor and observe guests' dining experience
- respond to guest requests promptly
- pre-bus tables frequently
- prepare bill and present check
- clean and reset tables
- clean chairs, booths, and surrounding carpet
- assist fellow servers as needed
- thank guests and invite them to return
- fill in as needed to ensure smooth operation as directed by manager or supervisor
