Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service that leaves guests feeling valued and cared for
  • Be well-versed in all areas of our food, beverages, and steps of service to confidently make recommendations and answer questions
  • Use our Toast point-of-sale system efficiently to take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, including assisting in other areas as needed
  • Address guest feedback with a positive attitude, working to turn challenges into opportunities for exceptional service
