Job Requirements
- Provide minimum 2 years full-service restaurant experience
- Be punctual and meet schedule requirements
- Maintain courteous and pleasant demeanor
- Respond patiently to difficult guests

- Stand and walk throughout entire shift
- Transport food safely over uneven surfaces

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of menu items and specials
- Familiarity with wine list, liquor list, and specialty drinks
- Understanding of restaurant accounting procedures
- Knowledge of restaurant layout including table and station numbers
- Familiarity with restaurant orientation materials, rules, and philosophies
- Ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- Courteous, pleasant, and good-natured attitude
- Patience and courtesy in handling difficult guests
- Ability to accept constructive criticism
- Ability to work well with co-workers
Job Duties
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant and cocktail area
- Accurately account for and balance all sales and receipts
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff verbally and through the computer register system
- Present and promote current specials and promotional materials to guests
- Accurately record and account for all guest checks and items ordered
- Accept payments and notify guests of any automatic gratuity
- Perform duties calmly under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communicate patiently, clearly, and courteously with guests
- Follow procedures to ensure complete service according to operating standards
