Job Requirements
- Ability to stand on your feet and navigate the WOB for the entirety of the shift
- Ability to carry full food and drink trays
- Ability to reach, bend, and lift 20 lbs
- Ability to retain menu product knowledge and share that with customers
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers and staff
- Flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing, friendly and high energy personality and demeanor
- Friendly and accurate communication skills in handling customers in person and on the phone
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to be a contributing member of the team in sales and job tasks
- Any food or alcohol awareness certification as required within 30 days of hire
- Warm and welcoming smile
Job Duties
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables as needed
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Suggest menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Take food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure that they are prepared quickly and accurately
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
