Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to carry heavy trays filled with food and beverages
- must be at least the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to work flexible hours including overtime
- basic math and accounting skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- must be able to perform light food preparation
- must comply with all health and safety regulations

- Excellent command of the English language including speaking and writing
- practical knowledge of customer service standards

- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- ability to quickly learn technical skills including operation of cash registers and kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare tables for meals including linens silverware and glassware
- perform light food preparation including bread salad appetizers and dessert presentation
- greet guests professionally and provide menu education
- inform customers of daily specials
- check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving
- serve food and beverage to guests
- prepare and serve specialty dishes tableside as required
- check identification to ensure guests meet age requirements for alcoholic beverages
- provide wine recommendations to customers
- deliver wine to table with proper glasses and pouring techniques
- receive guest payments and process transactions
- clear and clean tables promptly according to sanitation standards
- complete side duties including polishing silverware restaurant setup and filling condiments
