Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a serving position in a high-volume environment
- Valid OLCC license
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to carry trays with multiple orders and drinks
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and proactive work ethic
- Compliance with OLCC, Mt. Bachelor, and Deschutes County Health Department service standards
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume outlet
- OLCC certification
- Oregon Food Handler's Card
- POS experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and proactive approach
- Flexible with hours and days of work
- Able to work any hours of the day and any days of the week
- Capable of multitasking and remembering details
Job Duties
- Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging every guest, answering commonly asked questions, and moving the guest through the service process promptly
- Be familiar with all products, up-sell items, and give recommendations according to current promotions
- Accurately ring in all items and adhere to department standards and accounting practices
- Handle cash accurately and always keep Mt. Bachelor assets safe
- Have working knowledge of computers and the POS system
- Maintain a professional and personable appearance
- Consistently pre-bussing, bussing, expediting, and waiting tables to outlets' standards
