Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume outlet
- OLCC license
- Oregon Food Handler’s Card
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to carry food trays with multiple orders and drinks
- Ability to perform constant walking, lifting, and carrying
- Must have a positive attitude and a proactive approach
- Flexible with work hours and days
- Strong communication, people, memory, and multi-tasking skills

Job Duties
- Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging every guest, answering commonly asked questions, and moving the guest through the service process promptly
- Be familiar with all products, up-sell items, and give recommendations according to current promotions
- Accurately ring in all items and adhere to department standards and accounting practices
- Handle cash accurately and always keep Mt. Bachelor assets safe
- Have working knowledge of computers and the POS system
- Maintain a professional and personable appearance
- Consistently pre-bussing, bussing, expediting, and waiting tables to outlet standards
- Keep assigned areas and server stations clean, sanitized, and organized at all times
- Working knowledge of food and drink menus to include, but not limited to, ingredients info, potential allergens, sources, preparations, presentation, chef, or manager’s vision of product, and more
- Responsible for claiming tips made each shift on a Tip Report
- Also responsible for accurate paperwork at the end of each shift
- Accountable for maintaining accurate and appropriate inventories of server-monitored products and notifying the manager when items need to be ordered
- Establishes and maintains appropriate and effective working relationships with internal and external guests, as well as Mt. Bachelor employees at all levels of the organization
- Accountable for accurate timekeeping
- Responsible for clocking in and out with employee pass
- Adheres to service standards set forth by OLCC, Mt Bachelor, Deschutes County Health Department
- Complete any reasonable task assigned by the supervisor
- Observe mountain-wide policies found in the Employee Handbook
