Job Qualifications

- fluency in Chinese is a plus

- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- answer questions about the menu, assist customers with reservations, takeout, and delivery orders
- ability to communicate in English, fluency in other Chinese is a plus
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- answer phone calls promptly and professionally, manage reservations and seating arrangements including waitlist management during peak times
- keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- no prior experience required, both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome
