Job Requirements
- Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays
- schedules vary based on business levels
- must be able to lift 25 lbs
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- shifts may vary from early morning to late evening
- work some weekends and holidays depending on business levels
- stay overnight in case of road closures
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- great listening, speaking, and presentation skills
- multitask is a must
- strong organizational skills
- job experience is a plus
- food handler permit and alcohol certification
- 21 years of age
- a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
- assist with setting table to restaurant standards
- present menu and specials to each table
- deliver food
- resolve guest concerns and questions
- review receipts and assist guests with transactions
- help other restaurant positions as needed
- communicate with other servers, restaurant managers, and kitchen personnel
