Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced and team oriented environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow training programs
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle high stress situations with professionalism

Job Duties

  • Complete running and closing side work duties including polishing and stocking marking stations
  • Set and clear tables with urgency and maintain cleanliness of the dining room
  • Exhibit comprehensive menu knowledge and execute proper food running etiquette
  • Master table and seat numbers to ensure smooth service
  • Uphold highest standards of hospitality by being welcoming, courteous, and professional
  • Work efficiently within a high stress, fast paced teamwork environment
