Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to operate in a fast paced and team oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and follow training programs
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle high stress situations with professionalism

Job Duties
- Complete running and closing side work duties including polishing and stocking marking stations
- Set and clear tables with urgency and maintain cleanliness of the dining room
- Exhibit comprehensive menu knowledge and execute proper food running etiquette
- Master table and seat numbers to ensure smooth service
- Uphold highest standards of hospitality by being welcoming, courteous, and professional
- Work efficiently within a high stress, fast paced teamwork environment
