- ability to carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per shift

Job Duties
- Greeting guests immediately with a warm and genuine attitude
- seating guests and presenting them with clean menus
- managing the seating chart and rotation amongst servers
- keeping the kitchen informed of open menu counts
- assisting servers by bussing and re-prepping tables
- adjusting to high-pressure situations and being open to change
- offering all guests a warm farewell, thanking them and inviting them to return
