Job Duties
- Assisting the service team in delivering food and beverages
- Cleaning and reseting tables
- Providing exceptional guest experience
- The responsibilities of a server asst/food runner in our restaurant are to assist the service team with the execution of service and bringing guest orders out to the table and serving guests in an upbeat and positive fashion
- Once guests have left the table, the server asst/food runner removes the dirty glassware, silverware, and plates, cleans, and resets the table for the next guests
- To help our restaurant provide a pleasurable dining experience, a good server asst/food runner should be able to ensure that our guests are fully satisfied by being friendly, courteous, accommodating, and reliable
- Assist the servers by refilling beverages and water, processing payment, and running food to the tables
- Assist servers in bussin and resetting tables
- Inform management of guests who are unhappy with the service as quickly as possible
- Maintain composed, professional and calm attitude at all times
