Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying items such as trays and tableware
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- good physical stamina
- must be able to follow instructions and work well in a team

Job Duties
- Welcoming patrons and escorting them to their tables
- providing patrons with menus
- serving complimentary snacks to seated patrons
- wrapping utensils in napkins
- clearing dirty plates utensils and glassware from tables
- carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen
- preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping spills clearing crumbs replacing soiled linen and setting up tableware napkins and condiments
- delivering food to tables when servers are busy
- responding to patrons requests and informing management of complaints
- arranging tables and chairs for larger groups
- ensuring the server station is stocked with necessary supplies
