Job Requirements
- Promote and act in a manner consistent with Smithfield Station mission
- clear and reset tables efficiently
- perform cleaning of table tops, chairs, booths, and floors
- handle and transport dirty dishes and tableware to cleaning areas
- assist in serving food upon management request
- promptly respond to guest requests and communicate with servers
- maintain adequate supplies of necessary items
- attend scheduled employee meetings and participate in team activities
- fill beverage and ice dispensers
- clean and inspect restrooms
- coordinate with staff to support restaurant operations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or restaurant environment advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and cleanliness
- teamwork orientation
- ability to handle physical tasks such as carrying dishes and cleaning
Job Duties
- Clear tables after guests
- set tables with clean linens and condiments
- promptly clean tables, chairs, booths, and floors
- carry dishes and tableware to kitchens

- maintain adequate supplies of linens, silverware, and dishes
